We are on V-A-C-A-T-I-O-N in the summer sun and enjoying every minute of it.  We headed to Florida and spent a couple days at a family reunion.  Tomorrow we are heading up the East Coast to visit with more family and friends.  Since vacation is a perfect time not to have a plan, I will not be posting a menu plan this week, but I would still LOVE to see yours.  What are your summer plans?
